That said, we want you to love your order! If there’s a problem with your item, email us within 30 days of delivery at with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We’re happy to help!
When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of being placed. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your label is created.
We work hard to send your happy mail off to its forever home as quickly as possible! Please allow for a few additional days of processing time during peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not, we are looking into it though!
